John Manley, DVM
Dr. John H. Manley, doctor of veterinary medicine, established Manley Animal Hospital July 1, 1982, with the goal of providing the highest level of veterinary medical, surgical and dental services in a caring and gentle way. Through the years, Manley Animal Hospital has continually upgraded its facilities and instrumentation to help provide outstanding care to small animals.
Dr. John Manley is a graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University class of 1972. Prior to founding Manley Animal Hospital, Dr. Manley practiced large and small animal veterinary medicine in Bartlesville and briefly in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He married Xandra Jones Manley while still a student at Kansas State University. They have three children and to this date 12 grandchildren. The family pets include two dogs, one cat and one horse. Both Dr. and Mrs. Manley are active in church and many civic organizations. Both have served in leadership roles in several instances.
Dr. John Manley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association and the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association. He served on the Dean’s Practioner Advisory Committee, and the Class Selection Committee for the College of Veterinary Medicine at Oklahoma State University.
